Volleyball Game Preview: Rock Academy Warriors vs. Classical Academy Caimans

The Rock Academy Warriors will face off against the Classical Academy Caimans at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Rock Academy is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Foothills Christian just ended the team's four-match winning streak on Thursday. They came up short against the Knights, falling 3-0.

Meanwhile, Classical Academy got the win against Escondido Charter on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0. The Caimans haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Classical Academy never let Escondido Charter on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-10, 25-17.

Rock Academy's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 11-4. As for Classical Academy, their win bumped their record up to 15-6.
