Cabot has gone 9-1 against Searcy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Panthers will challenge the Lions at 3:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

It was a proper cat-fight when Cabot challenged Brookland on Thursday. The Panthers claimed a resounding 62-32 win over the Bearcats. The game marked the Panthers' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Meanwhile, Searcy didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Lonoke on Thursday, but they still walked away with a 32-27 win. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Jackrabbits recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Cabot's record is now 4-2. As for Searcy, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-7.

Cabot suffered a grim 59-38 defeat to Searcy in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. Can the Panthers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
