They took their match at home on Friday with ease, bagging a 85-41 victory over Fayetteville Street Christian. The win made it back-to-back wins for New Life Christian Academy.
New Life Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jamir Loftin, who scored 27 points along with seven assists and five steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Loftin has scored at least 25% of New Life Christian Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Ty'lik Taylor, who scored 24 points along with three steals.
New Life Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for Fayetteville Street Christian, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
