Soccer Recap: Granbury Takes a Loss

Granbury fell victim to Chisholm Trail and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Chisholm Trail Rangers by a score of 1-0. Considering the last time the Pirates couldn't score was back in January, the team can't take the result too hard.

Granbury's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6-3. As for Chisholm Trail, the victory got them back to even at 6-6-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Granbury will face off against Fossil Ridge at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Chisholm Trail, they will square off against Azle at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Chisholm Trail's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
