Baseball Recap: Chase County Comes Up Short

In Monday's Canine Competition, Chase County had to take the L. They took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lebo Wolves on Monday. The Bulldogs' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Chase County's loss dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Lebo, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6-2 record this season.

Chase County didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 11-3 victory against Lebo on the 5th. The Wolves does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
