Softball Recap: Arlington Heights Comes Up Short

Arlington Heights was the 17-2 winner over Trimble Tech when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Yellowjackets fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 10-9 on Friday. The Yellowjackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Arlington Heights' loss dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Trimble Tech, they pushed their record up to 9-12 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Arlington Heights does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Trimble Tech, they will face off against Wyatt at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs are facing the Chaparrals at the right time seeing as the Chaparrals are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
