Dakota lost to Polo back in September of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Indians came out on top against the Marcos by a score of 2-0. The game was the first time the Indians have beaten the Marcos on their court since September 25, 2021.

Dakota easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-21.

Makenna Stuckey paced Dakota's offense, picking up nine kills. Stuckey got some help from Hailey Kerchner and her 27 assists. AJ Howarth controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Dakota's win bumped their record up to 14-10-1. As for Polo, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-6-2.
