Football Recap: Spencer Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Spencer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Griffin Bears, falling 41-13. The Greenwave were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bears apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Spencer's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Griffin, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Looking ahead, Spencer will be playing in front of their home fans against Manchester at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Griffin, they will head out to challenge Westover at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
