Recap: Bridgeport Bearcats vs. Frankenmuth Eagles        
        
		
            
 The Bridgeport Bearcats won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune  on Friday. They were beaten by Frankenmuth 68-18. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest  points Bridgeport has scored all season.
 Bridgeport's loss  came despite strong showings from  Addisyn Brazil and  Kimora Ellis.  Brazil  scored four points along with seven  rebounds and three  blocks, while  Ellis  scored six points along with seven  rebounds and two  steals. Ellis is absolutely dominating the  steal category: she's  posted at least two every time she's  taken the court this season.
 It was another big night for  Clare Conzelmann, who  scored 16 points along with five  rebounds and five  steals for Frankenmuth. Conzelmann is absolutely dominating the  steal category: she's  posted at least two every time she's  taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Mia McLaughlin, who  scored 15 points along with five  rebounds and two  steals.
 Bridgeport bumped their record down to 4-4 with that  loss, which was their fourth straight  at home dating back to last season. Those losses could be blamed on the team's  offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 25.3 points per game. As for Frankenmuth, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bridgeport will take on Glenn at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Frankenmuth, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Birch Run at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Birch Run is coming into the  contest on a six-game losing streak.
