Volleyball Recap: Eagle Mountain Takes a Loss

Eagle Mountain saw some tournament action on Thursday. They fell 2-0 to the V.R. Eaton Eagles.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-16.

Avery Williams paced Eagle Mountain's offense, picking up ten kills. Williams got some help from Molly Aubert and her 11 assists. Aubert was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Eagle Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Eagle Mountain wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Granbury on the 14th. As for V.R. Eaton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Flour Bluff on the 14th.
