Baseball Recap: Pine Forest Takes a Loss

Pine Forest was the 9-2 winner over Harrison County when they last played one another back in April of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Thorobreds/Fillies on Tuesday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pine Forest saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was AL Leatherwood, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Pine Forest's loss dropped their record down to 1-21-1. As for Harrison County, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 12-1-1.

Pine Forest has already played their next match, an 18-1 defeat against South Warren on the 9th. As for Harrison County, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 16-0 loss against Pace on the 9th.
