Volleyball Game Preview: Chicago Hope Academy vs. Wheaton Academy Warriors

Chicago Hope Academy will head out on the road to face off against the Wheaton Academy Warriors at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Chicago Hope Academy is headed into the contest having just posted their closest win since April 15th on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over Holy Trinity.

Chicago Hope Academy had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 26-24, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Wheaton Academy came tearing into Tuesday's game with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Knights by a score of 2-0.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-16.

Wheaton Academy pushed their record up to 14-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Chicago Hope Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-12 record this season.
