Valley put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Piscataquis Pirates 76-51. The Cavaliers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Valley pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 40.4 points. As for Piscataquis, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Valley will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Islesboro Central at 7:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025. Piscataquis will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Penobscot Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
