Moriarty is a perfect 10-0 against Espanola Valley since April of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Pintos will head out on the road to challenge the Sundevils at 4:00 p.m. Moriarty has given up an average of 8.1 runs per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Moriarty is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Grants just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Saturday. They came up short against the Pirates, falling 11-3.

Meanwhile, Espanola Valley lost 16-10 to Los Alamos on Saturday. The Sundevils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Espanola Valley's loss dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Moriarty, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-11.

Moriarty took their win against Espanola Valley in their previous meeting last Saturday by a conclusive 9-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pintos since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
