After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Delcambre, Beau Chene was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Berchmans Academy Saints 58-14. The Gators' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Beau Chene's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Berchmans Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 1-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Beau Chene will square off against Lafayette Renaissance Charter Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers' defense has only allowed 8.2 points per game this season, so the Gators' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Berchmans Academy, they will take on North Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Saints will be up against the Hurricanes' rather soft defense (which has allowed 27.5 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
