Basketball Recap: Kennedy Takes a Loss

Kennedy lost against Western Christian back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Kennedy Trojans took a blow against the Western Christian Pioneers, falling 78-16. The game marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Kennedy's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Western Christian, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-3.

Kennedy will host Delphian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Kennedy is facing Delphian at the right time seeing as Delphian is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Western Christian, they will take on Santiam at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Western Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Santiam likes a good challenge.
