Basketball Preview: Chapin Eagles vs. Newberry Bulldogs
Chapin and Newberry are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2016, but not for long. The Chapin Eagles will host the Newberry Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Newberry, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They walked away with a 67-57 victory over Union County on Friday.
Chapin's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Newberry, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
