Basketball Recap: Cold Springs Comes Up Short

After flying high against Falkville last Friday, Cold Springs came back down to earth. The Cold Springs Eagles fell 80-67 to the Good Hope Raiders on Monday. The Eagles have struggled against the Raiders recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Cold Springs' loss dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Good Hope, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 18-6.

While Cold Springs had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
