Soccer Recap: Clinton Takes a Loss

Clinton fell victim to Woodruff and their airtight defense on Friday. They came up short against the Woodruff Wolverines, falling 7-0. The loss continues a trend for the Red Devils in their meetings with the Wolverines: they've now lost four in a row.

Clinton now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Woodruff, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Coincidentally, Clinton and Woodruff will both be playing Union County the next time they take the pitch. Clinton will host Union County at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, while Woodruff will host them at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
