Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mansfield Senior). They snuck past the Triway Titans with a 94-88 win on Friday. Given the Tygers' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 118th, while the Titans are ranked 417th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Mansfield Senior's victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Triway, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-9 record this season.

Mansfield Senior will be playing at home against New Philadelphia at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Mansfield Senior's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five games. Triway has already played their next contest (against Worthington Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
