Softball Recap: Bergen Tech Extends Winning Streak to Four

Bergen Tech came tearing into Monday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 9-4 win over the Dumont Huskies. The Knights have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Huskies, too.

Bergen Tech's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Dumont, they moved to 4-2 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Bergen Tech didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 18-0 win against Eastside on the 14th. As for Dumont, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 8-1 loss against Ridgefield Park on the 16th.
