Basketball Recap: Richards Takes a Loss

Richards was the 44-43 winner over Hillcrest when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Richards Bulldogs had to suffer through a 57-28 loss at the hands of the Hillcrest Hawks. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Richards' defeat dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Hillcrest, the victory got them back to even at 12-12.

Richards won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Reavis at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Richards is facing Reavis at the right time seeing as Reavis is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Hillcrest, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Thornton Fractional South at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
