Baseball Game Preview: Lincoln Park Railsplitters vs. River Rouge Panthers

The Lincoln Park Railsplitters will challenge the River Rouge Panthers at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Allen Park hit Lincoln Park with a six-run fifth inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Railsplitters came up short against the Jaguars, falling 12-3. The Railsplitters have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 15 runs the game before, River Rouge was a bit more limited in their game on Saturday. They lost 16-1 to Summit Academy North. The Panthers have struggled against Summit Academy North recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Lincoln Park's defeat dropped their record down to 5-24. As for River Rouge, their loss dropped their record down to 9-8.
