Fayetteville Christian had won two straight games and Star Coleman did her part to make it three on Monday. The Fayetteville Christian Warriors walked away with a 40-33 victory over the Northwood Temple Academy Eagles thanks in part to Coleman, who posted 18 points. Those 18 points gave her a new career-high.

Another player making a difference was Londyn Harris, who scored seven points. She is trending in the right direction considering she's improved her point production for four straight games.

Despite the loss, Northwood Temple Academy still got an impressive performance from Ella Willis, who had 14 points.

Fayetteville Christian's win bumped their record up to 6-12. As for Northwood Temple Academy, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Berean Baptist Academy the next time they take the court. Northwood Temple Academy will host Berean Baptist Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while Fayetteville Christian will host them at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
