 Exeter Township lost against Wilson back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Tuesday. The Exeter Township Eagles fell  9-4 to the Wilson Bulldogs.
 Exeter Township got a good showing from  Liam Porter, who   pitched 2.2 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit.
 On the hitting side, Exeter Township saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Jake Franek, who  went 2-for-2 with a  triple, a  run,  and  an  RBI.
 On Wilson's side,  Tommy Hunsicker made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  tossed 1.2 innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Hunsicker was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 In other batting news, Wilson let  Christo Hunsicker and  Jack Gabel loose on the outfield. Hunsicker  went 3-for-3 with two  runs, a  triple,  and a  double, while  Gabel  went 2-for-4 with a  home run, two  runs,  and a  stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of  Nick Fiorini, who  scored a  run and  stole three bases while going 1-for-4.
 Exeter Township's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Wilson, the  victory was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-3.
 Exeter Township will head out on the road to  square off against  Daniel Boone at 4:15  p.m.  on Wednesday. Exeter Township is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 7.1  runs per game  this season. As for Wilson, they will be playing at home against Fleetwood at 4:15  p.m.  on Wednesday. The pair have allowed few  runs on average, (Fleetwood: 3.7, Wilson: 3.7) so any  runs scored will be well earned.
