Dobson got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Aliana Garcia out in front who went 6-for-11 on her way to 12 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. That's the most points Garcia has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Aamani Nolletti, who went 5-for-11 to rack up 12 points in addition to five boards and three steals.

When it comes to explaining why Westwood lost, don't look at Sienna Riggs. Despite the final result, she put up 11 points. That was a full 42.3% of Westwood's points, marking the seventh time in a row Riggs has earned more than a third of the team's points.

Dobson's victory bumped their record up to 8-17. As for Westwood, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-19.
