Bingham was the 3-0 winner over Brighton when they last played one another back in August of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Miners took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bengals on Thursday. The Miners' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Bingham's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Brighton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Looking ahead, Bingham will face off against Wasatch at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Brighton, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Orem on the 4th.
