High school basketball: Spalding Hoophall Classic announces 2023 lineup

Nationally-ranked prospects Isaiah Collier, D.J. Wagner, Justin Edwards, Aaron Bradshaw MacKenzie Mgbako, Cameron Boozer and Cooper Flagg among headliners.

The Spalding Hoophall Classic is annually the top showcase event in high school basketball with teams from coast to coast taking the floor in Springfield, Mass. — home of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.

The 21st edition takes place over the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend from Jan. 12-16 at Blake Arena on the campus of Springfield College.

Top prospects expected to compete in the event include top 10 Class of 2023 prospects Isaiah Collier of Wheeler, D.J. Wagner and Aaron Bradshaw of Camden, Justin Edwards of Imhotep Charter, MacKenzie Mgbako of Roselle Catholic, Matas Buzelis of Sunrise Christian Academy, Sean Stewart of Montverde Academy and Mookie Cook of AZ Compass Prep.

Top 10 Class of 2024 prospects expected to participate include Ian Jackson of Cardinal Hayes and Asa Newell of Montverde Academy. Cameron Boozer of Columbus, Cooper Flagg of Montverde Academy and Mikel Brown of Sunrise Christian Academy headline the Class of 2025 prospects at the event.
