Basketball Game Preview: Sterling Raiders vs. Madison Marlins

The Sterling Raiders will challenge the Madison Marlins at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. The timing is sure in Sterling's favor as the squad sits on six straight wins at home while Madison has been banged up by nine consecutive losses on the road.

Last Saturday, Sterling was able to grind out a solid win over Austin, taking the game 33-23.

Meanwhile, Madison came up short against Austin on Wednesday and fell 37-26.

Madison's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Sterling, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 12-12 record this season.

Everything came up roses for Sterling against Madison in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, as the team secured a 62-13 victory. Does Sterling have another victory up their sleeve, or will Madison turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
