Basketball Game Preview: South Broward Bulldogs vs. Norland Vikings

Having just played yesterday, the South Broward Bulldogs will jump right back in to play the Norland Vikings at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

South Broward saw some tournament action on Friday. They took a 49-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of Pembroke Pines Charter.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Aniyah Cowart, who posted nine points in addition to seven rebounds and seven steals. What's more, she also racked up three assists, the most she's had since back in January. Another player making a difference was Ayonna Lewis, who put up 11 points in addition to six boards and three steals.

Meanwhile, Norland came up short against McArthur on Friday and fell 40-33. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Norland now has a losing record at 3-4. As for South Broward, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5.
