Basketball Recap: Remsen Takes a Loss

If Remsen was feeling good fresh off their 66-36 takedown of Brookfield Central last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Remsen Rams came up short against the West Canada Valley Nighthawks on Tuesday, falling 70-48. The Rams haven't had much luck with the Nighthawks recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.

Remsen now has a losing record at 3-4. As for West Canada Valley, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-5 record.

Remsen will be playing in front of their home fans against Poland at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Remsen is facing Poland at the right time seeing as Poland is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for West Canada Valley, they will square off against Lyme Central at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
