Meanwhile, Princeton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 25-4 to Plano East.

Princeton saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jadyn Walton, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and two RBI. Another was Dahlia Gutierrez, who scored a run while going 1-for-1.

Princeton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14-1. As for Rock Hill, their loss dropped their record down to 5-10.

Tuesday's match will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Rock Hill hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .336. However, it's not like Princeton struggles in that department as they've averaged .322. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
