Softball Preview: Oak Harbor Wildcats vs. Squalicum Storm

After two games on the road, Oak Harbor is heading back home. They will take on the Squalicum Storm at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Oak Harbor is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 8.6 runs per game this season.

Last Tuesday, Oak Harbor beat Meridian 9-5.

Ramona Ryder made a splash no matter where she played. She pitched four innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. Ryder was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-4.

In other batting news, Loto Tupu was excellent, scoring a run while going 4-for-4. Another player making a difference was Haylee Burleigh, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-5.
