Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They came up short against The Meadows School Mustangs, falling 27-11. One positive for the Vikings, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Janel Cuenca made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI and two runs. Nataly Bermudez also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.
