Basketball Recap: Marion Comes Up Short

Marion was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Manawa Wolves, falling 68-24. The contest marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Marion's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Manawa, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-7 record this season.

Marion will square off against Gresham Community at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Manawa, they are taking a road trip to take on Wittenberg-Birnamwood on Thursday.
