Volleyball Recap: Fairhope Comes Up Short on the Road Against Montgomery Catholic + How To Watch

Fairhope had to start their season on the road on Thursday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell 3-1 to the Montgomery Catholic Knights. While the Pirates didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Knights 25-18 in the first set.

Fairhope started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 18-25, 25-19, 25-21, 25-18.

Coming up, Fairhope will be taking part in a tournament against Lamar at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Montgomery Catholic, they will take on West Point at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
