Volleyball Recap: Academy of the Sacred Heart Snaps 11-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Academy of the Sacred Heart was the 3-1 winner over Archbishop Hannan when they last played one another back in September of 2020, but their luck changed this time around. The Cardinals fell 2-0 to the Hawks on Saturday.

Academy of the Sacred Heart's loss ended an 11-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 13-4. As for Archbishop Hannan, they pushed their record up to 11-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

Academy of the Sacred Heart wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Ursuline Academy on the 20th. As for Archbishop Hannan, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Teurlings Catholic on the 20th.
