Volleyball Recap: South Lenoir Puts Losing Streak Behind Them + How To Watch

South Lenoir came into Thursday's match having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Pender Patriots on Thursday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-12, 25-19.

Despite the loss, Pender still got an impressive performance from Jensen Bordeaux, who had six digs and three aces. Another player making a difference was Kaylee Woodcock, who had ten digs.

South Lenoir's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-9. As for Pender, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.
