Soccer Recap: Mosinee Takes a Loss

After flying high against Rhinelander last Thursday, Mosinee came back down to earth. The Indians came up short against the Lakeland Thunderbirds on Tuesday, falling 6-0. Mosinee have struggled against Lakeland recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Mosinee's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Lakeland, the win keeps them at an undefeated 11-0-1.

Coincidentally, Mosinee and Lakeland will both be playing Medford the next time they take the pitch. The Thunderbirds will head out to face the Raiders at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Indians will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
