Central Catholic put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their undefeated season alive. They had just enough and edged the Boerne Greyhounds out 2-1. Two seems to be a good number for the Buttons as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of goals in their previous game.

Central Catholic's win bumped their record up to 6-0-1. As for Boerne, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-1.

Central Catholic will square off against St. Michael's at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Michael's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Central Catholic's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Boerne, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Wagner at 7:15 p.m. on January 14th.
