Baseball Recap: Milpitas Trojans vs. Oak Grove Eagles
Milpitas barely beat Oak Grove the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Everything went the Milpitas Trojans' way against the Oak Grove Eagles on Saturday as the Milpitas Trojans made off with a 10-4 win. The victory continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won five in a row.
Hugo Garay made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. What's more, he posted five strikeouts, the most he's had since back in March of 2024. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one run.
