Basketball Recap: Cranston East Piles Up the Points Against Hope

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Portsmouth, Cranston East was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They claimed a resounding 62-34 victory over the Hope Blue Wave. The contest marked the Thunderbolts' most dominant win of the season.

The victory got Cranston East back to even at 7-7. As for Hope, they now have a losing record at 5-6.

Cranston East will take on West Warwick at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Hope, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Block Island at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Hope is facing Block Island at the right time seeing as Block Island is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
