Football Preview: Morton Panthers vs. Pelahatchie Chiefs
After three games on the road, Morton is heading back home. They will host the Pelahatchie Chiefs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Morton was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 263 rushing yards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved they're rushing yard total in three consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Pelahatchie won a match that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by Richland 26-25.
Morton's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Pelahatchie, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
