Basketball Recap: New Lima Comes Up Short

New Lima lost against Varnum back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Falcons were beaten by the Whippets 73-43. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

New Lima's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Varnum, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Coming up, New Lima will take on Stonewall at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Varnum, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Bowlegs at 7:30 p.m. on December 11.
