Baseball Recap: Kane Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Kane's offense. They came up short against the DuBois Central Catholic Cardinals on Wednesday, falling 8-0. The Wolves have struggled against the Cardinals recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

Kane saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Keller Chamberlain, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Kane's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for DuBois Central Catholic, the win keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Kane will square off against Port Allegany at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for DuBois Central Catholic, they have already played their next game, a 7-0 victory against Brookville on the 3rd.
