Football Recap: Mediapolis Comes Up Short

Mediapolis was the 42-21 winner over Wilton when they last played one another back in September of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs were beaten by the Beavers 42-14 on Friday.

Mediapolis now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Wilton, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coming up, Mediapolis will look to defend their home field on Friday against West Liberty at 7:30 p.m. The Bulldogs will be up against the Comets' rather soft defense (which has allowed 29.2 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Wilton, they will head out to challenge West Burlington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
