Football Recap: Strong Effort on D from Jayden Hice and Keshaun Jones Leads Colbert County over Rogers + How To Watch

After losing to Rogers the last time they met, Colbert County decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Indians came out on top against the Pirates by a score of 42-35 on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indians.

Colbert County now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Rogers, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Colbert County will host Deshler at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Indians will need to watch out since the Tigers have now posted at least 31 points in their last three matches. After each having a week off, Rogers and Mars Hill Bible will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. The Pirates will need to watch out since the Panthers have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
