Volleyball Recap: Laurel Takes a Loss

Laurel lost against Andrews Osborne Academy on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Gators came up short against the Phoenix, falling 3-0. The Gators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The 3-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 26-24, 25-23.

Laurel now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Andrews Osborne Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 9-3.

Laurel has already played their next game (against Western Reserve Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Andrews Osborne Academy, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Medina Christian Academy on the 18th.
