Soccer Recap: Sugar-Salem Starts Season with Win at Home

Sugar-Salem gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They never let the Preston Indians get on the board and left with a 12-0 win. Sugar-Salem have beaten Preston the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest Preston has come to flipping the script.

Coming up, Sugar-Salem will host Meridian at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Preston, they will head out to challenge Highland at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
