            It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Leonardtown had no problem doing just that  on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Broadneck Bruins by a score of  70-58. This was payback for the Raiders, who suffered  a  70-60  loss the last time these two teams met.

 Leonardtown had a senior duo take command as  Landon Windell  shot 43% from the field on his way to 23  points in addition to six  boards and five  assists and  Darius Searles  went 8-for-18  to rack up 25 points along with seven  rebounds and five  assists. Searles' evening made it six games in a row in which  he has scored at least 17 points. Another player making a difference was  Jameson Dyson, who  posted eight  points along with five  assists and four  steals.
Leonardtown is  on a roll lately: they've  won 11 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record  this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 67.9 points over those games. Broadneck moved to 14-10 with that  defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
 Leonardtown has already played their next game,  a  59-41  victory against Bowie on the 6th. Broadneck does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
